Exchanges & Fit Policy

Because each item is made to order and hand pressedwe do not offer refunds — but we gladly accept exchanges if sizing doesn’t work out.

We Accept Exchanges If:

  • Your item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • You contact us within 5 days of delivery

  • The size you need is in stock

You’ll be responsible for return shipping, and we’ll ship your new item once the original is received.

If your desired size is unavailable:

We’ll offer a store credit or refund, depending on your preference.


We do not accept returns for:

  • Items with makeup, deodorant, or stains

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Items returned without contacting us first


In Her Worth reserves the right to:

  • Refuse exchanges for items that appear worn or damaged

  • Limit exchanges from customers with excessive requests

  • Decline transactions suspected of fraud or policy abuse

Non-In Her Worth LLC items sent to our Distribution Center will be discarded upon receipt.
